We're unsure of how this confection came to be, but confident it's one of the best there is. Using a patented process, we seal each piece of James' famous Salt Water Taffy in rich dark chocolate and then individually wrap each one in bright colorful foil to ensure freshness. Chocolate Sealed Salt Water Taffy is available in nine mouth-watering flavors:
